Hi, I’m Nikki

I’m a die-hard fan for all things early 2000’s nostalgia. Forever caught in a Spotify time warp with The Spice Girls, Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Nsync, En Vogue and TLC.

I’m a master juggler! Skillfully balancing kids, pets, the hustle of daily existence and the ins and outs of running my businesses.

I’m a proud mum to 2 human kids and 1 sassy cat who’s my baby. Flexibility and simplicity is a lifestyle choice that led me down the path of entrepreneurship.

Despite being an introvert, I thrive on social interactions — though a good nap and recharge session is needed post ‘people-ing’.

My mission? To prove to my kids that the sky’s the limit, and even the journey of starting and growing two flourishing businesses is within reach.

My business journey:

After a decade in corporate events, I launched my virtual assistant business, The Organised One, in 2020. At first, working from home felt like a dream, but I soon felt lonely and missed having business buddies. That led to creating a virtual coworking club, which grew into something more that I’m incredibly proud of.

In 2023, I then began hosting in-person events for that much-needed human connection and the Pink Coral Community was born. I decided to follow my passion, so Pink Coral is now my main focus and primary business, and I’m excited to continue growing it.

I honestly thought my event organising days were behind me. But I’ve gone back to my roots, creating events on my terms — simple, enjoyable gatherings that draw like-minded, kind, and ambitious women.

Coworking and networking with my community has brought me happiness, progress, and a total transformation in how I work. And guess what? My members feel the exact same way!

I believe everyone deserves to experience this incredible community — so stay tuned as I work towards fulfilling this dream!

Who Are Pink Coral Community?

Our Core Values.

Kindness. We connect best with kind-hearted people

Respect. We value and uplift each other

Support. We always give more than we take

Networking — but not as you know it.

We get it — the corporate, traditional way of networking isn’t for everyone. You know the kind: small talk that feels awkward, presentations that drag on, and conversations that go nowhere.

That’s why we created Pink Coral Community — a community-led way to connect, network and grow alongside like-minded women.

We’re not about ticking boxes or collecting business cards. We’re about real relationships, genuine conversations and building a network that feels like you belong in it.

Here, community comes first. The networking? That flows naturally through connection, collaboration and showing up as yourself.

It’s business friendships. It’s shared goals and support. It’s being seen as a person, not a lead.

We’re building a network of women who help each other grow — not just talk about what they do.

People first. Connections always.
Networking that feels like community.

“Where did the Pink Coral name come from?”

You might be wondering why the name Pink Coral? Great question!

It represents vibrancy, connection and community, much like coral reefs. They’re like the OG’s of community spirit and togetherness — bringing the like-minded together in a vibrancy of colour.

As for the dreams and vision? Imagine Pink Coral as not just a community but as a full-blown brand with coworking and networking hubs scattered around the UK, led by ambitious female business owners like yourself!

Why pink? Coz pink is bright, feminine and beautiful and there it is; a catchy and memorable name.

We’re here and can’t wait for you to join us!
