Hi, I’m Nikki

I’m a die-hard fan for all things early 2000’s nostalgia. Forever caught in a Spotify time warp with The Spice Girls, Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Nsync, En Vogue and TLC.

I’m a master juggler! Skilfully balancing kids, pets, the hustle of daily existence and the ins and outs of running my businesses.

I’m a proud mum to 2 human kids and 1 sassy cat who’s my baby. Flexibility and simplicity is a lifestyle choice that led me down the path of entrepreneurship.

Despite being an introvert, I thrive on social interactions - though a good nap and recharge session is needed post ‘people-ing’.

My mission? To prove to my kids that the sky’s the limit and even the journey of starting and growing two flourishing businesses is within reach.

My business journey:

After a decade in corporate event management, I bravely stepped into entrepreneurship in 2020 launching a virtual assistant business called The Organised One. When I first started my business from home I thought I’d won the jackpot. More freedom, flexibility and more me-time than ever before. Working from home rocks! But…here’s the big but. After a while I lost my mojo in my business. I became unmotivated, unproductive and lost my passion. Working from home alone every day sucked! I missed having coworkers and business buddies to chat with.

So two years into running my business I had the idea to create a virtual coworking club—a perfect balance where I could work from home, get things done, and still have a sense of community and connection. I started with a few members, then a few more, and soon we evolved into a real community. Being the entrepreneur and action-taker that I am, in 2023 I decided to build on this momentum and began hosting in-person events to provide that crucial human interaction.

Naturally, our growing community needed a proper name, and that’s how Pink Coral Community was born.

At that point, I made the decision to go all in with Pink Coral and significantly scale back my VA business, now working only on an ad-hoc basis with two clients. After all, it’s important to follow your passion, and Pink Coral brings me so much joy. It’s now my primary business and focus, and I’m excited to continue growing it.

I honestly thought my event organising days were behind me. But I’ve gone back to my roots, creating events on my terms - simple, enjoyable gatherings that draw like-minded, kind and ambitious women.

Coworking and networking with my community has brought me happiness, progress and a total transformation in how I work. And guess what? My members feel the exact same way!

I believe everyone deserves to experience this incredible community—so stay tuned as I work towards fulfilling this dream!

Who Are Pink Coral Community?

Pink Coral Community | Women's coworking and networking in Hampshire. Offering virtual coworking, in-person networking and community for women

We’re quietly ambitious women - focused on growing a life-friendly business and doing things our own way. We may not be the loudest in the room or going viral online, but we're passionate, driven and thrive with the support of like-minded people.

Let’s be real, running a business can feel really lonely and isolating (especially as a solopreneur). Our partners, friends and family just don’t seem to understand.

Have no fear! Your Pink Coral Besties want to hear your big goals, dreams and challenges.

Here’s our mission!

I want a community, not a network

The corporate/traditional way of networking isn’t for everyone, that’s why we’ve created a more relaxed alternative.

Maybe you don’t want to make small talk and have the same conversation over and over?

That’s why Pink Coral Community doesn’t call ourselves a networking group or makes networking our focus. It focuses on COMMUNITY!

Communities are all about shared values, interests and goals. It’s about belonging somewhere and having others around who genuinely care about you.

That’s why we created somewhere that prioritises relationships, connections and support.

Somewhere that sees you as a person, not a lead.

We focus on collaborative working, collaboration opportunities and business friendships. The ‘networking’ will happen naturally over time. It doesn’t need to be forced.

Relationships first, people first, connections first. Networking when it happens.

Where did the name come from?

You might be wondering why the name Pink Coral? Great question!

It represents vibrancy, connection and community, much like coral reefs. They’re like the OG’s of community spirit and togetherness - bringing the like-minded together in a vibrancy of colour.

As for the dreams and vision? Imagine Pink Coral as not just a community but as a full-blown brand with coworking and networking hubs scattered around the UK, led by ambitious female powerhouses like yourself!

Why pink? Coz pink is bright, feminine and gorg and there it is; a catchy and memorable name.

We’re here and can’t wait for you to join us!
